MIT School believes in an education that pays a special attention to the nutrition of its students. This is the reason why they can enjoy a balanced menu based on the Mediterranean diet, in which we limit deep frying and high fat food to the minimum and favor the consumption of fruit and vegetables. In fact, the menu is monitored monthly by a nutritionist.
Besides, we have our own kitchen, where our great cook Alejandro prepares varied healthy, fresh and delicious food. The menu must be consumed by 75% for the correct feeding of our students (which we get through a system of negotiation).
Naturally, we cater for students with special diets due to medical or religious matters.
