Primary Education

The Primary Education Section has big and luminous classrooms. The pupils have Tablet PC computers in the classrooms, digital interactive whiteboards, digital cameras, programmable games, cookware, musical instruments, television and a wide range of games that foment the physical development and materials for the imaginative game too.

 

The teachers at MIT School make a major effort and an excellent work to achieve that this first stage in the Primary Education results in an amusing, satisfactory, valuable and unforgettable adventure. Each day provides the children with the opportunity to experience all areas of the study plan through activities carefully planned and appropriate for the pupil’s age.

 

The Primary School offers trust and self-esteem in a positive and profitable atmosphere. A combination of personalized attention and reduced groups, experienced teachers and a close link between home and school assure an optimum progress.

 

The children coming from families that do not speak English will continue developing their bilingual skills that will be completely fulfilled as they progress through school. In addition, Chinese is taught from Primary 1 and German from Primary 4. Russian is taught as an extracurricular activity, and French, from 1st ESO.

TALENT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

Sapientec is a recognised Learning Scientific Method which aims to provide techniques and tactics for people to capture, assimilate and communicate information without difficulties. The program also works to identify children with high abilities, as well as students with dyslexia and dysgraphia, discalculias and attention deficits. This innovative method is  incorporated in First and Second Grade at MIT School.
